Historic capital of Flanders, Gand is not an extremely large city. You can do activities and visit the main tourist sites on foot. Gand is very famous for its canals that will remind you of those in Amsterdam. But the cultural side is very present with beautiful museums to visit and renowned festivals. You will surely succumb to the beauty of the second most populated city in Belgium. Its architecture is a wonder for our eyes.
1- Discover the medieval center by boat

Description: For about fifty minutes, you will discover the city of Gand by taking the canals. An original and very pleasant way to visit a city. You will navigate through the heart of the medieval center of the capital of Flanders. Accompanied by a guide, you will pass near several tourist sites like the Belfry of Gand, Saint Bavo's Cathedral or the Castle of the Counts of Flanders. 2- Stroll and visit Gand by bike

3- Tourist adventure and multiple tastings

Meet at 2 PM at Saint Bavo's Cathedral to join Eddy who will be your guide. First, you will take a little walk to get a small glimpse of the city's theater and the Belfry of Gand. The first culinary stop will be at the Vanhoverbeke chocolate shop. Belgians are specialists when it comes to chocolates! You will have the opportunity to savor 3 chocolates made with exceptional cocoa beans. You will then be taken to a local brewery to taste all the Flemish know-how when it comes to beer, a sacred drink in Belgium! Two different beers will be offered to you during this visit. In continuity, you will discover a tavern that produces gin. Because yes, Gand has its own gin too. There too, you will have the chance to taste this locally very famous alcohol. Finally, to close this culinary visit, three other beers await you in three different taverns. Snacks accompanying the beers will be served to you.
4- Participate in a chocolate tasting

Description: During a stay in Gand and in Belgium, it is essential to do an activity related to chocolate. Belgium is considered one of the best chocolate producers in the world, and rightly so. 5- Participate in the local festival of Gand
