Description: As mentioned previously, Berlin is known for housing the remains of the old wall erected from August 12 to 13, 1961. It naturally follows that visiting this legendary place should be among your priorities if you plan to stop in the capital. The very emblem of the opposition between the Eastern bloc and the Western bloc, its history is charged, and you surely know its outcome and end.
We highly recommend visiting the most important part of the wall called the 'East Side Gallery', in the Friedrichschain district. It's nearly 1.3 kilometers where art and history blend together waiting for you. With its open-air gallery, this constitutes the longest continuous section of the Berlin Wall. Visits last about an hour and are done with audio guides.

The visit to the Holocaust Memorial is a must in the country, with its 2,711 concrete blocks in memory of the murdered Jews of Europe during the tragic events of World War II. All these places that bear witness to past events are there to make us remember one of the darkest and most significant episodes humanity has known. They are like a kind of imprint that we must honor.
Located at Brandenburg Gate station, the memorial information center is open every day except Monday, except for January 1st, December 24, 25, and 26. For more details, you can visit it from 10am to 7pm.

Dating from the famous era of Prussian monarchs, Museum Island was created in the 19th century under the order of King Frederick William III.
What does each museum contain? Unique collections of antiquities, paintings, and sculptures; works dating from the medieval era to the 19th century; pieces from the Egyptian era when pharaohs ruled as masters over Egypt; some traces of impressionism, classical antiquity, as well as modern art...A multitude of masterpieces making Berlin proud. Museum Island, opposite the 'Staatsoper auf Under den Linden', is open every day from 10am to 6pm except Monday.

A place where nature has become queen of these grounds, and where peacefulness has settled in. The best part? On your route, you'll encounter many Berliners, strolling, enjoying a game of frisbee, savoring a delicious picnic...It's a perfect place located in the center of Berlin in the district that bears its name, Berlin-Tiergarten. Little bonus: nearby, you can take the opportunity to visit Berlin Zoo, very renowned, and one of the zoos containing the most precious animal species. Good visit, and good walk!

Description: Visiting a city also means strolling through its streets, exploring neighborhoods, shopping for little souvenirs to take home, but also...Eating. In Berlin, we recommend a local specialty that will delight your stomach: the döner kebab.
When noon approaches and hunger makes itself felt, we recommend going to 'Rüyam Gemüse Kebab', open every day from 11am and located in Schönhauser. For sure, you'll taste the best döner kebab of your life: this bread, containing cooked meat, perfectly seasoned and some vegetable slices cut finely into strips is the culinary specialty that makes all of Berlin proud. You'll have the feeling of tasting an explosion of flavors, somewhat grilled and crunchy, enjoy your meal!

A collection of beautiful things found in one single place, isn't that quite magnificent?
