Iceland is not a country like any other. A trip to the Icelandic capital is an absolute discovery to be made at least once in your lifetime. You will discover what the world has most beautiful to offer us. Exceptional fauna and flora and unique landscapes in the world will make this trip an unforgettable memory. If you wish to visit Iceland in the summer period from June to mid-July, you will fall during the period of continuous sunshine. During winter, it's the opposite. You will only have 4 to 5 hours of sunshine per day. From March to April and from September to October, the duration of the day is similar to that of Europe. It's up to you to choose the date according to the experience you wish to live.

1- Observe the most impressive of mammals

Category: €€ / Unique

Description: This is an activity that cannot be done everywhere. Although they are present in all oceans, whales are mammals that are difficult to observe. Iceland is renowned as being a whale stronghold. These animals fascinate each of us with their splendor and rarity. During this excursion in the waters of the Andrea, your guide will take you offshore to see whales, white-beaked dolphins, porpoises and with a little luck orcas! Everything is designed for your comfort. Knowing that temperatures are low or even negative, a suit is provided to you. The boat seats are also heated. If by bad luck you haven't had the opportunity to see whales, a second ticket is offered so you can witness this extraordinary spectacle.

2- Discover the Golden Circle

Category: €€ / Unique

Description: For 8 hours, you will be taken to discover southwest Iceland and its exceptional landscapes. You will discover the Golden Circle, a 300-kilometer circuit that includes the three most visited tourist sites in Iceland. First, you will go to the Kerio crater. This is a volcanic crater whose bottom is occupied by a lake. Then, you will contemplate Gullfoss falls, called the golden falls. This waterfall is one of the emblematic places of Icelandic tourism. Admire the power of the water that pours into a narrow gorge. Your journey continues in the Geysir geothermal field. You will have the opportunity to see the impressive Strokkur geyser which is the most famous and most active on the island. An eruption takes place every 8 minutes, which allows you not to miss this jet that propels to about forty meters. The name geyser comes from this region which is Geysir. To close this excursion, you will have the opportunity to discover Thingvellir National Park (Þingvellir, translated as "parliament plains"). This French name comes from the fact that it is at this very place that the first Icelandic parliament was created in 930. Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2004, this site is a must-see of Icelandic tourism.

3- Admire the Northern Lights

Category: €€ / Unique

Description: If there is indeed a place where you can observe Northern Lights, it is indeed in Iceland. You will move away from Reykjavik to make the most of this light show caused by the interaction between solar wind particles and the upper atmosphere. The bus will make several stops so you can take beautiful photos. As weather conditions are beyond our control, it may be that the Northern Lights do not appear. But don't worry, if you fell on a bad day, you will be invited to a second completely free visit. This excursion also includes an entrance ticket to the Northern Lights museum located in Reykjavik.

4- Bathe in the mythical Blue Lagoon

Category: €€€ / Unique

Description: After long days of having visited the wonders that hide in Iceland, do you want to relax a little? This activity will please you, and I am 100% sure of it. The site includes a sauna, a steam room, a massage waterfall and even a bar in the water. By opting for this activity, a drink is also offered to you. Enjoy the healing waters as well as a complimentary silica mask. The place is idyllic to rest and enjoy the unique Icelandic landscape.

5- Practice hiking in an atypical setting

Category : €€€ / Sporty

Description: A hike in Iceland is undoubtedly the best activity to admire the postcard-worthy landscapes that Mother Nature offers us. As Iceland is renowned as being one of the countries where volcanic activity is most intense, what could be better than hiking on one of its volcanoes. The reason for this high density of volcanoes stems from the fact that Iceland itself was created by volcanic eruptions. In addition to that, Iceland is located on the mid-Atlantic ridge: a large chain of volcanoes that separates the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates. For this hike, you will go to one of the most famous volcanoes in the country: Fagradalsfjall, which experienced a major eruption in summer 2023. Don't worry, the ascent is made on the side opposite to the eruption. The northern part of Grindavik is closed for safety reasons.
