What to do in Mexico City?
1. The Palacio Nacional

If you arrive in early September, know that every 15th of the ninth month of the year, a ceremony takes place at the Palacio Nacional to celebrate the country's independence. Open every day Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm, and Sunday from 10am to 3pm, the Palacio Nacional is located at Plaza de la Constitución.
2. Visit Xochimilco and its floating gardens

3. The Templo Mayor

Open from 9am to 5pm every day, the Templo Mayor is located northeast of the Zócalo.
4. Teotihuacan

Description: Here is undoubtedly the most important archaeological site if you ever decide to set foot in Mexico City! Teotihuacan was once one of the largest cities in Mesoamerica. Its name can be translated as "House of the Gods" or "Place where men became gods," the city had about 200,000 inhabitants (more than Ancient Rome, just to give you an idea!). It was founded and occupied during the 1st and 7th centuries, it houses temples, pyramids, and palaces, which reveal how people lived at the time, and what they aspired to. 5. Visit neighborhoods and explore various markets

6. The Museo de Arte Popular

Description:You can notice it from afar just by its incredible building as well as its impressive architecture. The Museo de Arte Popular constitutes a high place of art that every good visitor must enter once they arrive in Mexico City. This place contains nearly 2,600 pieces, all related to Mexican popular art: pottery, sculptures, glass, paper... It's by far one of the most important museums to better understand the city's history. Inaugurated very recently in 2006, while promoting and preserving Mexican craftsmanship, you can discover objects from daily life, and others from various ethnic groups. Located right in front of Alameda Central, the museum is open Tuesday to Sunday, from 10am to 6pm, we wish you a good visit!
