In a city where we always want to look up, gazing at one towering skyscraper to the next, it might feel odd to focus on the ground—but trust us, it’s worth it. Established in 1998, Canada’s Walk of Fame honours the achievements and contributions of great Canadian personalities through a series of stars. While it may not have the same glitzy reputation as its legendary American counterpart, this walk of fame stands out for the diverse fields represented and that honorees must be Canadian citizens. If you slow down and take a closer look, you’ll spot some familiar names like The Weeknd, Shania Twain, Keanu Reeves, and over 165 others. How many do you recognise?
