Look at this beautiful scenery - it's like stepping into Catalonia! Modernist architecture has this amazing way of bringing life to a whole city center, doesn't it? We're now standing in front of Can Barceló, a gorgeous apartment building that housed several families when it was built in the early 1900s. The author of this masterpiece was Bartomeu Ferrà Perello , a contributor to the Catalan Renaissance. From here, you can admire some tiles drawn by Vicenç Llorens, depicting eagles and dragons, as well as allegories of music, architecture, literature and the textile industry. Why textile? In fact, the owner of the house, Mr Barcelo, was an expert businessman in textile import-export.
