Dubai is a great place to visit all year round—except in summer! June, July, August, and September are the hottest months, with average temperatures around 35°C, often rising above 40°C and sometimes nearing 50°C. So unless you can handle extreme heat, it’s best to avoid visiting during these months. If you do go, don’t forget your hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen! January sees the lowest temperatures, but even then, the average is around 20°C—perfect for those looking to escape the cold and enjoy a winter break in the sun. March, April, and November are ideal months to visit Dubai, offering warm weather that’s perfect for the beach, but still mild enough for sightseeing. Even in winter, be sure to wear sunscreen—UV levels remain high throughout the year in Dubai.
No need to worry about where to begin! Our tours are designed as a loop, so you can jump in wherever you are. The navigation system and audioguide will automatically adjust to your location. However, if you happen to be nearby, we do have a preferred starting point: Behind the Dubai Opera

There’s so much to see and do in Dubai! If you’re planning to pack in a lot of activities during your stay, we recommend getting one of the two City Passes, which give you access a number of attractions at discounted rates. You can purchase them online before your trip. The tour takes you past the Burj Khalifa, the tallest tower in the world. You need to book your ticket well in advance if you'd like to go up and enjoy the incredible view over Dubai. During Ramadan, all visitors in Dubai—whether Muslim or not—are expected to follow the same rules as the local population. This means no eating, drinking (not even water), smoking, or playing music in public during daylight hours. Some restaurants, shops, and attractions may also be closed during the day at this time. However, many hotel restaurants provide screened areas or dedicated rooms where guests can eat or drink discreetly. Shoulders and legs must be covered out of respect for local customs. At sunset, the city comes alive again—residents gather to eat, drink, and enjoy shisha in a festive atmosphere that stands in stark contrast to the quiet streets of the day. It’s a unique experience to witness, but it may limit the number of activities available to you. So make sure to check the dates of Ramadan before planning your trip to Dubai!
