From the wonders of Chinatown, you've now stepped into Europe, Italy to be exact! This Manhattan neighborhood, known as Little Italy, is packed with small restaurants and bars with an Italian flair that'll set the mood straight away! Established in the early 19th century to welcome Italian immigrants in search of the American dream, this charming neighborhood is now much smaller than it used to be. Over time, as newer Italian arrivals integrated into the New York population, their community here shrank, making way for the expansion of Chinatown. Even so, you can still see the traces of Italian culture in the remaining few streets that make up the neighborhood today!
