After admiring a few of the other beautiful works of art along the street, you'll find yourself at the entrance to the Precita eyes mural visitor center. This association, founded in 1977 by Susan Cervantes, considered the leader of the muralist movement, is a non-profit community organization. It brings together mural artists and promotes art education. It is one of the few organizations of its kind in the United States. As a visitor center, the association also offers guided tours of the neighborhood's street art. The funds raised by these tours enable the association to carry out its various projects and keep art accessible to all. You'll also find a boutique and a gallery.
