It was designed as a sustainable park and is located in Tribeca, Manhattan's former industrial district. The latter is now home to a host of luxury boutiques, restaurants and art galleries, making it a trendy neighborhood much appreciated by New Yorkers, and especially by celebrities. Leonardo di Caprio, Beyoncé and Mariah Carey are even rumored to live here... So keep your eyes peeled– you never know who you might bump into!
