In absolutely all regions of the country, you'll be able to taste it! It's a festive meal very often eaten during big occasions like weddings, but that you'll be able to find in absolutely all restaurants in the city of Seville. We particularly love Paella because it brings together all kinds of foods, which gives it a colorful appearance: shrimp; rice specific to the region; peas; green beans; pieces of chicken; mussels; paprika; tomato... There's enough to satisfy a whole regiment!

Pork with whisky is nothing other than what the Spanish call "Solomillo al Whiskey", and it's a typically Sevillian specialty that makes the city's worldwide reputation as a paradise of flavors. If you didn't know it yet, whisky can be served both in the glass and on the plate, it's actually an excellent ingredient to add taste to dishes, whose aroma brings out the richness of the meat finely cut into strips.
