User data deletion

In accordance with Meta's platform requirements and the right to erasure provided by the GDPR, you may request the deletion of your personal data collected through our Facebook/Instagram login at any time.

Data collected

When you use our service via Facebook Login, we may collect the following information: your Facebook ID, your email address, your name, and your profile picture. This data is used solely to personalize your experience on ryo.co and is never sold to third parties.

How to delete your data

There are two ways to request the deletion of your data:

Via Facebook — Go to your Facebook settings → Apps and websites, select ryo.co and click Remove. This revokes our access and automatically triggers the deletion of your data.

Directly through us — Contact our team by email at support@ryo.co specifying your deletion request. We will process your request within 30 days.

Processing time

Once your request is received, we will permanently delete all of your personal data within a maximum of 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Some data may be temporarily retained if required by law (tax obligations, ongoing disputes) or for legitimate security reasons. In such cases, you will be notified.
