Central Station

You are now in front of Sydney’s Central Station, the largest and busiest train station in Australia! Listed on the New South Wales State Heritage Register, it seperates Haymarket from Surry Hills. The very first station in Sydney was built on this site in 1855, whereas the station you have before you was constructed in 1874.
