Competition Beach

Here we are! How can one visit La Rochelle and not enjoy the fresh air of the Competition Beach, located just a few metres from the impressive Lantern Tower? This small beach may not be particularly impressive in terms of size, but it's a great place to dip your toes in water, just a stone's throw from La Rochelle city centre, while admiring the sailboats sailing in and out of the Old Port. It also offers a lovely view of the Minimes port and, in the distance, the Richelieu lighthouse in red. So, what will you choose? A stroll or a swim?
