Across the Bay of Saint-Malo lies the famous seaside resort of Dinard, known for its grand Belle Époque villas and its British Film Festival. For a few days each year, this favorite resort of our neighbors across the Channel pays tribute to British cinema and awards the Golden Hitchcock to the best film in the official selection. Located barely ten kilometers from Saint-Malo, Dinard makes an ideal outing, with historical heritage, art galleries, and leisurely beach time all in one. And if you’d like to fit it into your stay, regular passenger boats make the crossing in just ten minutes. They leave right here, at the foot of the ramparts from the Dinan slipway.
