A new space by the water

Laid out in 2019 thanks to the covering of the riverside road, the Coeur de Maine esplanade covers an area of about three thousand square metres dedicated to relaxation and leisure. Located between the town centre and the Doutre district, glimpsed on the other side of the Maine, it has given the people of Angers direct access to the river, long cut off from the town by traffic.

The esplanade offers a pleasant setting by the water, between lawns, terraces and a view of the Doutre.
