Statue of Lorelai

This pensive figure leaning on the fountain is Lorelai, a newcomer to the Saint-Leger Boulevard. In fact, in 2017 there was an open-air exhibition of works by the Italian artist Livio Benedetti, who died in 2013. The bond between the statue and the surroundings was so striking, that the city decided to purchase it and leave it permanently on the edges of the fountain.
