Opened in 2008 and designed by the architect Aydin Guvan, this fully air-conditioned shopping centre brings together on two levels some thirty-five shops of major international brands, as well as cafés, terraces and restaurants. Its upper floors also house the offices of several institutions, including the district court and a medical-psychological centre.
