Khor Dubai

The cradle of Dubai's trade
It was thanks to the creek that a port was established, one of the most important in the region in the early twentieth century, allowing trade to develop with other cities and countries, notably India and Africa. Khor Dubai now separates the two oldest districts of the city, Deira and Bur Dubai.
