Mount of the Arts

You’ve probably noticed that you’ve reached the top of Brussels, where the Royal Palace stands. Right in front of you, the Mount of the Arts seperates the Upper Town from the Lower Town. On this urban complex, you’ll find the Royal Library of Belgium, the General Archives of the Kingdom, the Brussels Convention Centre, and a garden. If you climb to its top, you’ll be rewarded with an impressive view of the capital! Can you see the Town Hall’s tower poking out among the city’s roofs? One piece of advice, come back at sunset and you’ll witness a beautiful orangey landscape.
