A path between art and ocean
Stretching over more than five kilometres, the Sculpture and Shore Walk follows the shore towards the old harbour. All along the route, it incorporates a sculpture park that punctuates the walk with interesting works, in a constant dialogue between human creation and the surrounding nature. It is one of the most scenic routes in the city.

The Sculpture and Shore Walk can be walked or run freely, along the Reykjavik seafront. The path, accessible at any time and free of charge, is flat and easy. Exposed to the wind and Icelandic weather, it is advisable to bring warm and windproof clothing.
