Sant’Ana Church

Welcome to Sant’Ana Church, dating back to the 18th century. Just like its neighbour, it blends traditional Algarve elements—such as white limewashed walls—with Baroque features, particularly in its façade. It’s one of Albufeira’s biggest churches and its traditional Algarvian design captivates every visitor, making it a must-see landmark! Inside, the main chapel is adorned with a beautiful polychrome wooden altarpiece in a refined Rococo style. Before you leave, step out onto the forecourt, and turn around to take in the view of the ocean and the white houses that surround the church!
