Zurriola Beach

Welcome to surfer’s paradise! Zurriola Beach is internationally renowned as a top surfing spot. It’s lively, energetic, and often more vibrant than La Concha Beach, making it a great place to meet people, and enjoy some outdoor fun. Here, you’ll find beach volleyball, football, paddleball, and of course, surfing, with regular classes and competitions that draw plenty of visitors. Renovated in the 1990s, it quickly became a favourite hangout for San Sebastian’s younger crowd, who come here to swim, sunbathe, or relax with a drink after catching some waves. In addition to being a hub for sports, it’s also one of the few beaches in the city where nudism is allowed, though in practice, most people stick to regular swimsuits. So yes, this is definitely one of the liveliest beaches in town. But if you're after a quieter spot to relax and sunbathe, you might prefer the calm of La Concha Beach instead.
