Berlin, Germany

A symbolic and dynamic capital

Parcours audioguidé pour visiter Berlin

Dive into a side of Berlin where vast architectural heritage meets a surge of creative energy. This route takes you from the bold, modern scale of Alexanderplatz, watched over by the slender needle of the Berlin TV Tower, down to the calmer banks of the Spree River, where world history is brought to life on Museum Island. As you wander, you’ll pass through the reconstructed lanes of the Nikolaiviertel and into the grandeur of its great art institutions, before ending up in the lively maze of the Hackesche Höfe. It’s a walk across eras, where every bridge and courtyard reveals a different side of Berlin’s ever-evolving spirit.

The best time to visit Berlin is between May and September. July and August are the warmest months, though temperatures rarely exceed 25°C. Winter is freezing, with shorter days. The coldest months are January and February, with minimum temperatures around -2°C and frequent snowfalls. That said, December is still a lovely time to visit, as the city is filled with the magical atmosphere of its many Christmas markets.
