Paris, France
Pigalle, Montmartre and Sacré-CœurPicture a village perched above Paris, where every winding street tells a chapter of Bohemian history. This walk carries you from the electric glow of Pigalle up to the peaceful heights of the Butte, in a gentle climb that weaves together artistic legends and a distinctly cinematic atmosphere. From the gleaming white silhouette of the Sacré-Cœur Basilica overlooking the skyline to the timeless charm of the Place du Tertre, let yourself drift through a stroll where old windmills quietly echo the past and the whole city seems to unfold at your feet. It’s an invitation to rediscover the Montmartre of painters and poets—a place where time feels suspended, as if pausing just long enough to take in the sky.

The climate is generally temperate, with winters that are often cool to cold, when temperatures typically range between 0 and 8°C, and moderate summers around 20 to 26°C, with occasional heatwaves that are possible but rarely prolonged; spring and early autumn are the most pleasant periods for travel, particularly from May to June and from September to early October, when temperatures are mild, visitor numbers are more reasonable, and landscapes are especially lush, while summer remains a good option for enjoying a lively atmosphere despite a higher risk of rainfall.
